Alfresco is an open source alternative application for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) that giving the easiness in Document Management, Collaboration, Records Management, Knowledge Management, Web Content Management and Imaging.

 

Alfresco  enabling a company to has a center archive system .  And one of  Alfresco feature is enabled existence of integration between hard disk drive with this system. For example if the userfile go to the O or P drive, actually they save their file inside the Alfresco folder.

 

Another features of Alfresco is support aspect programming so there's an addition feature in to the Alfresco folder named 'Space' . Space enabling archived file automatically or do the notification. If it's less an aspect default feature, we can add it by ourselves using Alfresco SDK
